		<description>I enjoyed reading Small Steps &#171;.  There&#039;s so many of us battling this disease that there have to continue being major breakthroughs regularly. I know it&#039;s being beaten daily by individuals but one day it&#039;ll be beaten completely.</description>

		<description>You are certainly not alone. My &quot;creative time&quot; is usually from 1:30 to 4AM just about every day. My most creative ideas and thoughts just seem to flow at that hour and never usually quite as clearly at other times. Perhaps it&#039;s just the time of day, the quiet solitude of a dark night, no phone calls, and a chance to know there is nothing else i need to do at that hour. Obsessive? Perhaps. Do I worry about it? No. Would i prefer a more &quot;civilized&quot; time? Never. I happy it comes at all. i&#039;ll take it when i can get it.</description>
